OC Thrives is published by The Strategic Marketing Group (“tSMG”). These terms apply to the OC Thrives website, newsletter and forms. Our Privacy Policy and Editorial Guidelines also apply.

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting content (including text, photos and flyers), you grant OC Thrives and tSMG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, adapt, publish and share it in connection with OC Thrives in any media. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to grant this license, including consent from people pictured and from a parent or guardian for any minor.
Submissions are not guaranteed publication. We may edit, decline or remove content at our discretion.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is free and delivered through a third-party platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue.
Contests
Best of OC Thrives or other contests may be run through a third-party contest platform and will have their own official rules, which govern participation.
